The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

What Should I Do in Case of an Accident?

Without moving the vehicle, you should notify the nearest police or gendarmerie station (a police report is mandatory) and call the FLY 34 contact center at +90 (547) 810 80 80. Afterwards, you can obtain the accident report prepared by the police through the e-devlet system.

 
 

What is the fuel policy?

Vehicles should generally be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged.

Are the vehicles regularly maintained?

Yes, all vehicles are regularly serviced and inspected, and are provided in a condition ready for safe driving.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

No, smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply.

In which cases do you charge a detailed cleaning fee?

Spilling liquid beverages inside the car or on the trunk (such as coffee, milk, soda, etc.)
Traveling with pets
Organic stains (such as milk, baby food, etc.)
Stains caused by weather conditions like saltwater or mud
Fuel or oil stains on seats, floor, or ceiling
Substances stuck to the seat that cannot be removed (e.g., glitter from weddings)
Makeup stains
Heavy dust or dirt (e.g., from construction sites)
Strong-smelling or persistent odors from transported items (e.g., cured meats)
Stains on baby seats
Food residues that cannot be removed with regular washing
Any other dirt or stains similar to the above that cannot be cleaned with standard cleaning

What happens in case of late return?

If the agreed rental period is exceeded, additional hourly or daily charges will apply.

What should be done in case of a breakdown?

In case of a technical malfunction in the vehicle, you should immediately contact customer service at +90 (547) 810 80 80 and follow their instructions.
